Sam now weighs in at under 200 lbs.  And I did it all without the help of exercise.

HAHA! Awesome.

I've lost about 25lbs in the past few months just from doing some stuff I learned in my nutrition class and I just recently started an active physio program and joined a ball class (basically pilates, but under the instruction of a physiotherapist). Feels better.
