So I went back to the chiropractor today.  He showed me all my x-rays and said my back and neck were all jacked up.  Cool.  The first thing he did was hook me up to these crazy electrodes and then turned the power way up so I was all twitching and stuff.  Then as soon as I stopped twitching he turned it up again.  It was supposed to relax my muscles, but I kind of strained them instead.

    So then he twisted me around like a pretzel and popped m back and neck and sent me on my way.  He said our visits would be 10 minutes three times a week before work.  Cool.  We'll see if it helps though.  He did say that if I go over my $3000 alottment then the insurance company has to give me pain and suffering money.  Well, I deserve it, so maybe I'll go see a massage therapist too.
